had a wonderful friday!
AND a lazy saturday ahead~

well, it's been a month since i last had my fair share of girls' night/ day out.
the last ended with a MJ game at my sengkang dwelling slightly more than a month ago.

ended work later then usual last night due to a committee meeting for an upcoming year-end party at work.
made my way to bugis hurriedly from jurong east at 650pm sharp.
BUT the fact that i brisked-walked all the way didnt help at all!
"-" i actually walked all the way from macdonalds' to fish&co, passing toast box, some japanese restaurants, swensens' bla bla bla as well as intercontinental hotel along the way.

anyway, work was hysterical during the past two days.
my heart was literally pumping at twice the rate it usually does!
ooOO!
what an excitement?!
but i think i pretty much accomplished something at work of late.
and that feels great! =)

dinner with pal-the-second, pal-the-third and a "new" old friend missy neo was at Lenas @ bugis junction and we had some barely-considered-to-be-nice pasta and pizza.
i really wonder why our movie girl highly recommends that eating place!
should i give it another chance and try out their specialities instead?
hmmm~?

after dinner came some supposedly-good chill out time - a drinking session!
unfortunately, town was packed to the max!
it has been soooo long since i last attempted to get a table for a group in a bar along the crowded stretch beside centrepoint that i have forgotten that is something HARD to achieve on a friday night. =(

ended up heading to pungol marina upon the grand arrival of movie girl.
anyway, missy neo didnt manage to join after a visit to a horribly smelly toilet in bugis junction, next to tcc.
that ONE visit caused her to throw up TWICE in centrepoint. *diaoz*

the session at roof access didnt exactly start well, with all four of us feeling bored and speechless.
PLUS we had some disgusting fries which were... erm...SMELLY!
it's that kinda smell you can expect when a pot of oil has been re-used for like 50 times!

eventually, it was all thanks to our clubbing queen pal-the-third that we finally picked up some sparks along the way with drinking games like "big fish, small fish" (which sounds equivalent to pisces!) and "007 bang"!
hahaha~
the mention of those names still bring laughter!
and i shall hereby take up the duty to promote these two drinking games to my other friends!!!

it's great that i am enjoying my girls' night/ day out whilst i'm happily attached.
guess i'm learning to appreciate this good balance between love and friendship! =)
