i finally got to blog. phew! >.>
what used to be my morning routine was deferred today. sigh. had to work on a UTP (unit test package) this morning. rushed through abit because the deadline was set to be this late morning before lunch.
didnt have the time to chat with jaz via msn like i usually do.
had no choice but to terminate our conversation abruptly by telling her i needed to get some urgent work done, even though she seemed quite desperately in need of a listening ear. =(
had 3 "busy" nights in a row.
fortunately friday is already "on-the-way"!
oh yar, i've simply got to hereby declare my heartfelt congratulations to baby's darling - ERIC FOO!
she's attached once again after 3 years of singlehood!!!
how lovely?!
wishing my two precious friends many lovely years to come!~may the two of you be granted with the determination and power to work hand-in-hand towards a wonderful future together >.<i so know that eric is going to say that i'm sweet.

and yea, i do feel that it takes much power and determination to keep going down the road with another person by your side.

like in my case, arguments and displeasure have been surfacing every now and then between baby and i.
still, we try to work things out. when i blow my top, baby outs in efforts to tolerate, tolerate and TOLERATE.
when she blows her top...erm... ...
i cant recall any instances when she threw her temper except when milo's gum bled.
hmpf.
am i really that mean?

in actual fact, i already had my fair share of reflection this morning when i was smoking in baby's kitchen and trying to wake myself up completely.

i know i am so wrong if i complain about you not bothering with me, sayang-ing me or giving me the kind and amount of attention i want.
it is so sO SO wrong of me to say that, because
1. you've been waking up so much earlier just to walk me to the bus stop (when i never do so whenever you sleep over at my place instead),
2. sacrificing your limited computer play-time to watch whatever lame tv shows with me on the bed
3. cooking me whatever i want to mum mum no matter how late it is, putting me to sleep and tolerating my kicks and punches (which come so naturally i wouldnt know it),
4. ensuring that the fan is always directed at me when i sleep or put on my make-up in the morning,
5. reminding me to drink lotsa water and take my medicine (given the ridiculous rate at which i'm falling sick),
6. cooking me foodstuffs every now and then just to bring a smile to my face and
7. never failing to give me a goodnight kiss everyday.
i'm sorry, baby!

anyway, i also had a fabulous night yesterday along with eric and madeline.

my baby, in an attempt to coax me and allow me to indulge in her sayang, made me what i've always been hinting for - CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES!
PLUS! super-lovely-green-colour jelly!
it's frozen jelly though.
stupid baby had thought that jelly (NOT agar agar) would supposedly solidify should it be left in the open ON THE DINING TABLE!
gosh.
even someone like me knows that that isnt the case la!

i always see mummy leave the liquid jelly out to cool on the table, then place them into the fridge to allow them to solidify.
i'm smarter than baby!

so, i now have 6 pieces of ai xin choco chip cookies in my drawer. hee.
will have 3 pieces later during my self-proclaimed "tea break", and another 3 for tomorrow.
then on sunday, baby and i will probably do some baking together!
any orders from the public??? =p
officially, i have nothing to work on for the time being.
gotta tabulate my time sheet to account for the past 3 weeks of working hours though.
but i will probably do that only tomorrow.
slacking time shall now begin!!!
