alright. it's been officially one million dino years since i last blogged. by this, i refer to a substantially long and meaningful entry.

this entry today shall be entitled "conditional love".

perhaps because i've somehow "GREW" prettier these days, many friends ahve came up to me recently and commented similar remarks. of all i've heard, the one which left the deepest impression is "i'm sure you'll be a HIT if you slim down".

oh well. a HIT?

i was never one in my life.

anway, taking yesterday's butch hunt finals as a solid example, i wasnt HIT no AT ALL. i heard that ms trina was! so well, i'll never be HIT UPON IF i continue to reside in this shell yeah?

those numerous comments from people all around set me thinking.

first and foremost, i have to agree that i WILL BE a HIT if i lose like say 20-30kg?

=roars with laughter=

[laughing doesnt mean i'm not sincere in making the above statement alright!]

however, this would be the scenario i may picture>>>

kat has known XXX since donkeys years ago. XXX is a nice lady [be it a butch or active or whatever! a woman will do fine. =)] and sorta possesses all characteristics kat longs for in a girlfriend. XXX behaves gentlemanly, receives equivalent education and earns sufficient bucks, is not an alcoholic/gambler/drug addict bla bla bla. let's just say that kat had once had an intense crush on XXX. she confessed her "liking" [a crush NEVER makes up LOVE please.] and was nicely rejected. XXX admired certain personality traits of kat and wanted to be friends.

a year later, kat lost 20kg. she was somehow quite a HIT. here at this point of time, XXX who had never been in really close contact [and so could not possibly have fell for kat because of crap like "she has a wonderful personality"] suddenly came after kat and they got together.

thereby, theoretically speaking, this seemingly wonderful love is definitely built upon the condition that kat loses weight. ALOT of weight i would say. if love was a contract, a loss of 20 kg would constitute a CONDITION, not a warranty nor implied conditions which, when breached, come with less serious consequences.

again, theoretically speculating, this goes to imply that if kat were to ever build on that 20kg of fats on her body again, the LOVE CONTRACT will legally lose its effects and both parties' duties under the contract may be dismissed/discharged with immediate effect. in layman's terms, this goes to mean that the suffering party [XXX] may initiate a breakup on the very day kat fully gained 20 kg. no matrimony, no hard feelings of guilt. nothing.

is love that superficial?

buddy says somehow, it is. we live in a realistic world. well, being realistic means people look from the OUTSIDE.

is your love built upon some kind of condition/s too?

E.G.
1. you must remain rich and never get laid off from your current high-paying job?
2. you must ensure your mum/dad never sell away the big bungalow you live in?
3. you must not lose that 4-wheeled motorcar?
4. you must lose weight like me?
5. you must not grow any pimple or put on a pound or in whatever way turn uglier?
