I just went through a
damn funny questionnaire. It was sent to me by Henry - a very nice classmate of mine from TP. Each and every of my classmate in poly spent
three solid years wth me. Those were such nice times of my life, although it was also the busiest period i've ever went through.
=NicE mEmoRiES=Sigh~ It's really a pity that i'm not in contact with any of them now. It's really saddening.
Anyway, the questionnaire was actually done up by my group for a Marketing project. There were numerous idiotic and nonsensical questions like the following:
Q1. Where do you live?
option 1: North
option 2: South
option 3: East
option 4: West
LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!~
What was that manz? I wonder how the hell did we ever come up with those kind of question!
LauGh DiE mE!Even before i recovered from the first laughing bomb, henry forwarded yet another draft of a report which we wrote up for the same Marketing project.
It was
HILARIOUS!
Wrong grammar, incorrect sentence structure, inappropriate tone and bla bla bla.
Now i know what the poly education turned me into. ... ... A BETTER BUSINESS PERSON!
No wonder i almost puked blood and died when i worked with JC grads during my year 1 study in NTU. They were just as RAW as i was when i first entered poly. HaHa~
Looking back --- is always an interesting thing. It so makes my heart filled with heart-warming scenes and memories of the past. So... ...
I DIE DIE MUST MEET UP WITH MY POLY MATES WHEN I RETURN TO SG! DIE ALSO MUST MEET!Talking about dying, i wonder if there'll be any bombing incident in BKK tomorrow.
To those whom i've mentioned about tomorrow being a "dangerous" day, i've finally found out the reason behind the potential "danger". In actual fact, tomorrow is a BIG "JUDGEMENT DAY". Two political parties in thailand are suspected of cheating in the most recent election, and will be going through court trial and judgement tomorrow. The worse penalty which may be awarded is to have the parties' leaders removed from the "political field". I also heard that they may be barred from being involved in thai politics for a minimum period of about 5 years. Locals are speculating that supporters of the two political parties may create "trouble" like start some riots or something should the parties be found guilty eventually. That explains the "danger".
Shall do as i was warned, and get back "home" right after work tomorrow. I'll call for room service, because the restaurant in my "hotel" serves a freakin nice fried rice. Hee~ I ate it once liaoz, on a rainy day, because i couldnt really get out and buy my dinner. The fried rice costs 77 baht. That is about 3.50 SGD. Yes, it's expensive. But i feel that it's tasty enough to command that price. =)
I
finally brought Kun Dim to MK Restaurant for dinner tonight. She
finally agreed after i tried asking her out for like 3-5 times? Kun Dim is actually WoNg's nanny, according to WonG. She works as a cleaner in the office now and lives in the office too. Kinda act as a free security guard kind. Anyway, she's a very nice middle-aged lady who didnt want me to waste my money eating in restaurants, was worried that i may not have enough to spend and so have not been willing to dine with me in MK.
Kun Dim was the one who helped me look for a decent apartment, brought me here and there to buy necessities during the first few days after i arrived. She is also always holding my hand when we cross the road together! Treats me like a kid. =) And she bought me a cup for use in the office too! Usually, she'll drop by my office once or twice a day just to say "sawadeeka" or some other stuffs which i obviously do not understand. In short, she's a nice and cute lady. Cute like my mummy. LOL~ Like silly and stupid and kind...WaHahA~
The meal cost me 300 baht, which is about 15 SGD. Although it's the most expensive meal i've ever had so far, it should be totally worth it! (Cos kun dim is nice to me mahz) Besides, I buy kun dim some snacks almost everyday. And everytime i'm nice, she'll say "krup kun ka" (thank you) very politely. When we were out having dinner today, both of us were silent. Well, seriously, we cannot talk to each other at all. She's an uneducated woman while i'm an educated-but-dunno-thai young gal. LOL~ Never mind lar, the eyes should tell it all. I'll take a few pics with Kun Dim soon, so that all of you may see this wonderful lady from thailand. She's just so nice loR!
Anyway, work has been fine. Time passed by rather quickly today. And... ... *drum rolls* Tomorrow is pay day! YEAH!!!
Thursday is a public holiday for a buddhist country like thailand too. I'll be catching Pirates 3 with GaB! Looking forward!
