I almost landed in Bukit Merah this morning, when i was supposed to go to Toa Payoh for tuition. It slipped off my mind that bus 153 does not stop at the HDB Hub interchange, and so i happily took the bus past Toa Payoh and up to PIE!

Fortunately, there was this intermediate stop somewhere around balestier, and i quickly made my way back to my original and true destination. Specifically, i landed at somewhere named "Ah Hood Gardens". What a hilarious name for an estate?!

Anyway, and so i completed a 4-hr session today and earned myself 95 bucks. Not a bad deal huh?

I realized i, too, gotta do some readings on secondary maths. Not because i no longer remember those stuffs which i used to be so damn good at, but because the MOE, i suppose, have adopted several new methodologies to solving certain types of questions and so changed the contents of many textbooks. According to one sec 4 tutee of mine, he'll be the last batch of singaporeans sitting for cambridge exams, those after him will be taking oxford ones. I wonder how true that is.

Finally got to update my labbie via the internet last night over at rosyth. I spent 4 hours downloading all the freewares and platforms i need for my programming stuffs, and also did LOTS of windows updates, both high-priority and customs ones. Even before i do anything serious and decent with my labbie, the hard disk capacity has gone down to less than 60GB. Pathetic.

Bro and i have decided to get a 160GB portable external hard disk and a new set of wireless keyboard and mouse for the desktop during the next IT fair which will fall around March. We need those!

And bro is due to get a decent computer desk in his room as well. I simply have no excess capacity in my small tiny room to accomodate a desktop plus a labbie and my tonnes of books.
