Ate durians. Bagus! Called bro just a min ago. He's back in camp now, craving for durians. What a night for him? Never knew he actually eats durians anyway. I've always thought that my dad and i are the only two durians-lovers in the entire family.

Well, come to think of it, my family is not that big now, isn't it? Went to a pasar malam yesterday night while waiting for Da Sao who was in the beauty parlour, trimming her eyebrows. Saw dining tables for sale. Those lousy and cheap ones without saying. Saw this particular set which comes with a not-very-big table and 4 chairs. Certain memories came to my mind. When we first shifted to our current house, we had wanted to buy a dining table. Never had a dining table all my life so far, believe it or not! Back in the previous house, we only had this pathetic wooden table which we don't even sit around during dinner time. Our practice was to each get a bowl of rice from the cooker and dishes laid on the table and move to the living room, in front of the TV, and eat on our own. That has always been the case, as far as i can remember. So when we were about to shift for the first time, ( Well, i did shift from Toa Payoh to Hougang when i was real young, at the age of 4. No impression of how moving house could be like at all. ) i was so into the idea of getting a dining table, one which the entire family could sit around during dinner time. And preferably, we'll position the dining table right in front of the TV! And so, we spent quite some time looking around for nice dining tables. Made trips to Courts too. Unfortunately, most of the dining tables then came with only 4 chairs. Given that there were 5 of us in the family then, we eventually dropped the idea of purchasing a dining table. And yes, i've still not yet owned a dining table in my entire life!

If we were to purchase a dining table now, a set which comes with 4 chairs would be enough, sadly.

*Sobzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz*

Anyway, here's today's update:

Went to 'visit' Cindy early this morning with SS jie and Man. 'Talked' bout sooo much stuffs with my baby sis. Asked her if she missed me, and she 'indicated' a 'Yes'. Well, i guess she does, without saying. Bought her minced meat porridge, with lots of soy sauce and pepper, as according to her taste. When i was adding the soy sauce at the stall, the auntie commented "So salty ar?" Aunty, that's because you don;t know my sis, man! It could have been worse!
Stayed at the location for quite some time, as the three of us were to wait for my bro, da sao and jeremy to take over the 'shift'. When they finally came, we left. Man went to town to meet his gf, while SS jie and i went to J8 for lunch. Ate ramen @ Ajisen. Superb! Ate a freaking lot. That's why i skipped my dinner by the way, folks! Came back after the meal. Back to home. Anyway, this is to all the ppl out there: The diff between a house and a home is that a house refers to a physical dwelling while a home comes with all the love of a family. ->>> FYI

Upon reaching home and entering my room, i got freaking pissed with the way wires are hanging 'all over the place'. Without even changing out of my attire, i started to 'work' on the stupid wiring. Shifted chairs and stools into the room and got all kinds of adhesive stuffs and tools. Spent one hour climbing up and down, fixing the wires here and there and here i have with me a nicer looking room. Well, perhaps not nicer looking, but it definitely looks sooo much more neat and tidy. I love tidiness, folks!

Was supposed to chill out at Cafe Cartel ( Serangoon Gardens ) with SS jie and pal after the work, but a call from pal changed my plan for the day.

"I want to get a tattoo done today," Pal said.

So off we went to Queensway Shopping Centre. My second trip there.

While we were on the cab, fear built up within me. That's 'phobia', i suppose. I don't dread the place. Neither would i avoid the place. As a matter of fact, i myself didn't even expect that i would feel sooo scared.

Enough of that. Wouldn't want to recall.

As requested by pal, i shall hereby announce, "You seriously seriously seriously have a FREAKING FREAKING FREAKING NICE TATTOO! I LOVE IT!!!"

Seriously, pal's new tattoo is nice. Fantastic! Just when hers was completed, i felt kinda sad that mine is not as good as hers. But, mine holds a special meaning alright! Yeah! SPECIAL MEANING! So i shall let it remain as it is forever and forever. I'll never want to modify it again. ( Sounds corny? )

Went XTD after leaving Queensway. Then came back with durians.

I still sense the fear in me. I really do.

Pal, please take very good care alright? You've promised not to drink for this entire week, and i mean 7 days in the week. You'll keep your promise, won't you?
