Befriended a young lad via Fridae. This has got to be the first time i get to know someone in cyberspace. Friendster might have been around for a long, long time but it has always served as a channel for me to get in touch with friends whom i have not contacted with or friends who are back in their hometown or are currently studying overseas. But it's okay, there's always a first time. Nevertheless, i don't agree that cyberspace is a good alternative for making friends though. It doesn't feel real at all. Something is just lacking.

Gladly, this new friend of mine, Mervix ( An unique name indeed, but i didn't want to admit it ), spared me three plus hours of her precious sleeping time on a conversation which ended like two hours ago. Poor fellow. She has got only two more hours to go before she needs to wake up for work. Anyway, here's something i can do to help her:

People,

Please log onto www.herstory.ws, create an account if you have none and participate in the voting for the contestants of the ButchHunt 2005. Specifically, pls cast your precious vote for a special dude ( Contestant No. 1 ), Mervix.

Thanks lor!

Okay, back to the topic on my new friend. Had pictured her as just a common teen you could expect to bump to on the road. Someone young, energetic, crappy etc etc. Well, given my age and mentality, i would consider someone 19 as 'childish'. Unexpectedly, she does have her own set of thoughts, opinions and life philosophies. And i was impressed by what she said at certain point of time. That's impressive, isn't it? There are not many who are able to impress me, as a matter of fact. Edric, valen, chris, and that's about all. It's hard to impress me. You've got to be real good, and come up with stuffs that really set me pondering about what life is about. Anyway, even if nothing inspirational comes out of her mouth, the poems on her online diaries plus her talents are more than enough to really, really impress me. Let me try recalling the NUMEROUS musical instruments she can play - Saxophone, clarinet, drums, flute, piano blar blar blar, and the list goes on. My god! She's a music genius!

Cool!

It's 5.50am now. I've got absolutely no idea how i'm gonna spend the quiet night, or morning i should say.
